Exchange and return

Would you like to exchange or return a product?

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within five working days of receipt of the return.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Complete the returns form. If you wish to return your order, please send us an e-mail to info@canberra-finest.com. You will then receive a return form that you can simply download and complete.

Step 2: Send your order.

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form.

Make sure that you provide the package with a track & trace code.

As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment and the associated costs. We want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount in your bank account.

As soon as we have received the package in the desired condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within five working days.
